When will my order delivery?

Handling Time

Any order placed before 2pm, it gets posted on the same day or within 24 hours. 

If we have received your order after 2pm, it will be posted within 24-48 hours.

Please note, we are closed on Sunday. If you order on Saturday, after 2pm, we will post your item on Monday.

Delivery Time

It takes 1-5 working days for the item to reach you from the date of disptach.

If you have not received your item wihtih a reasonable time, please WhatsApp/Call us on 07926 540 388 quoting your order no.

Refund Policy

We really hope you like and enjoy your purchase, however if that is not the case we offer a replacement or money back guarantee service.

Simply return the item unused and in original condition within 5 days. Buyer pays for postage. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately on 07926 540 388.

We will then discuss a replacement or refund. All refunds will be processed within 2 days of receipt of the faulty goods.

If you have any queries before you use your items contact us and we will quickly resolve any issues. We do not refund or replace a used item if it is not found to be faulty.
